Dubai Modern High School prides itself on its well-formulated and constantly monitored Pastoral System. The love, care and concern shown by our Staff, help set the tone for a happy school environment. A close bond between the teacher and student is encouraged and we firmly believe that with such an atmosphere prevailing, the School is a second home to each of its pupils.
The House System is at the core of the social fabric of the school. Each House has been named after a constellation: Aquila, Cygnus, Orion and Pegasus.
The Student Council led by the Head Boy and Head Girl is truly a representative democratic body, which provides leadership and represents all the students. Members are short-listed from Grade 5-11 and in an election presided over by the Prefectorial body, the Student Council members are voted into the Council. The council presents their suggestions and recommendations to the Principal and the Management.
